Rear Adm. Michael Bernacchi, U.S. Space Command director of Strategy, Plans and Policy; and Brig. Gen. Dennis Bythewood, Joint Task Force-Space Defense deputy commander, hosted Vice Adm. Karl Thomas, 7th Fleet commander, Sept. 13 at Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado.
