SCHRIEVER SPACE FORCE BASE, Colo.--Staff Sgt. Stephen Ashley, Joint Task Force-Space Defense cyberspace and enterprise division technician, and Lt. Col. Keith Wilson, JTF-SD assistant director of intelligence, ceremonially cut the cake during the organization's celebration of the Air Force's 74th birthday. "Today we remember the proud heritage of the Air Force dating back to the U.S. Army Signal Corps and then Air Corps," said U.S. Army Col. Elizabeth Helland, National Space Defense Center deputy director. "Our Joint Task Force would not be the dynamic leader in space superiority without our Airmen teammates' hard work and sacrifices day in and out," she said to the approximately 50 Sailors, Soldiers, Marines, Airmen and Guardians gathered for the celebration.
